Goods are shipped from Auckland which means we can get them to you extra quick. Our philosophy is one of excellence and honesty. We like to be upfront with our customers so you won’t find any hidden freight costs or additional charges when you get to the checkout.

Shipping Costs: We are now shipping nationwide.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $100. 

WAIHEKE ISLAND - Standard shipping to Waiheke Island is a $30 flat fee. We unfortunately cannot offer free shipping to this location. 

NORTH & SOUTH ISLAND ORDERS - For orders under $100, standard shipping is a $10 flat fee.

Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8 Canada Street, Auckland Central, Auckland, N, 1010, New Zealand.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
