How does the subscription program work?

We offer all of our products on our site for subscription. When you create a subscription, we will send you the product on a recurring basis at the frequency you.

How do I create a subscription?

Simply click on any product like usual and select the "subscribe and save" option. From there, select from the drop down the frequency you wish you purchase.

What do I receive for subscribing?

For each subscription order you will receive 15% off! Plus, after your first subscription order, you will receive free shipping for every following order. Also, by bundling your orders together, you will also help reduce carbon use.

How do I make changes to my subscription? Eg update my payment method, address or cancel or pause my subscription?

You can make changes to your subscription by logging into your account. To log into your account, go to the confirmation email of any subscription order placed. Click "Manage Subscription" and create an account for the Subify portal. In this portal, you can manage all aspects of the subscription. What happens if my credit card is declined?

If your credit card is declined you will be notified via email. Your subscription will be on pause until sufficient funds are available.
